OTTO Subscription Term

The initial term for the OTTO Health subscription set forth in this Order Form will be for 1 year commencing upon the Client's execution of the SOF. The Subscription will then automatically renew for successive 1-year terms unless a Party provides written notice of its intent not to renew at least 2 months prior to the end of the then current term. BY EXECUTING THE ORDER FORM OR OTHERWISE USING THE OTTO HEALTH SOLUTION, CLIENT AGREES TO THE ABOVE-STATED AUTORENEWAL TERMS. IF CLIENT DOES NOT AGREE TO THE AUTORENEWAL PROGRAM, DO NOT CONTINUE TO ACCESS OR USE THE OTTO HEALTH SOLUTION AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE CURRENT TERM AND DO NOT SIGN THIS ORDER FORM.
