  • Results are returned directly into NextGen Enterprise EHR. Based on configuration, you will receive a notification just like you
do today for traditional interfaces. From there you can launch the orders module to view results.

  • The short answer is, probably not! While we want to use this as an opportunity to move our clients onto our Model Workflows & Design – we understand that this could be too disruptive and present a hurdle to adopting Diagnostic Hub, which is critical to our client's success. Outside of rare circumstances (such as significant customization), clients should see little to no changes to their overall provider & clinical workflows.

  • All workflows that process through the Orders Module are supported through Diagnostic Hub.

If you have any additional workflow questions, they should be directed to your NextGen Representative or Account Manager who will follow-up with the right team to answer your questions!

  • Included, are our Model workflows within the “Diagnostic—Lab & Rad Ordering Model Workflows” section. These workflows will reduce clicks and provider and clinical staff fatigue, allow the adoption of the NextGen Mobile Ordering functionality,, and position you to make future upgrades and product enhancements with minimized disruption.
