Ambulatory EHR systems are typically priced as cloud-based (SaaS) subscriptions charged per provider per month, with costs scaling based on provider count. Alternatively, models can include per-encounter, percentage of collections, or upfront perpetual licenses, with added costs for implementation, training, and integration beyond the subscription fee.

With NextGen Office, clients can choose the pricing model that best fits their budget and growth. We offer per-provider or percentage-of-volume options with pricing tiers based on provider type. For more information, contact NGOInfo@nextgen.com.


Yes. NextGen Office is built to adapt with the needs of your practice. However, as an all-in-one, cloud-based EHR, PM, and RCM solution, practices will benefit from the continuity and simplicity of partnering with a single vendor. 


Software pricing is dependent on the solutions chosen (see above package options). All NextGen Office offerings include implementation, training, core clinical functionality, hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. 

In 90 days or less, your practice can implement a comprehensive EHR and practice management platform with support from the NextGen Office training team. Our proven implementation and onboarding approach is designed to help minimize disruption, get your team set up for success, and support long-term growth without forcing unnecessary system changes, costly upgrades, or add-ons.


The client has the ability to choose which pricing model best fits their organization from a budgetary and growth standpoint. We offer the options of per provider and percentage of volume.
