Reduce charting time with medical transcription services

COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS
Document anytime, anywhere
Dictate your visit. A speech-to-text version of your dictation is sent to our transcription service. A transcriptionist reviews your dictation audio and edits the text. The edited dictation is uploaded into the EHR.
Reduce charting time
In many instances, the physician can complete all their dictation before the next encounter. It’s much less burdensome than traditional documentation. Usually documentation is completed by 6 pm.
Improve patient-provider interaction
The distraction of the provider documenting into the EHR is removed, creating a better relationship between patients and providers.
Easily integrate with your EHR
With their combined ability to streamline and expedite clinical documentation, NextGen Mobile and NextGen Transcription Services become an essential, integrated extension of your EHR.
HIPAA compliant
All four mobile dictation service options—NextGen Speech-to-Text, NextGen Transcription Services, NextGen Remote Scribe, and NextGen Virtual Live Scribe—are HIPAA compliant.
Increase profitability
More efficient documentation increases charting accuracy, improves billing speed, reduces denials, and can increase revenue.
Advantages of NextGen Transcription Services
User-friendly
Once the patient is identified in the mobile device, the physician begins dictation and controls the process using the mobile screen.
Quick data transfer
The text version of dictation is generated almost immediately and is sent electronically to a transcriptionist.
Reduction in errors
Transcriptionist reviews and edits the speech recognition draft and then uploads it to the EHR.
Easy sign off
The edited dictation is uploaded into a predetermined template within the EHR, then is signed off by the physician.
