NextGen Healthcare, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") offer the below contests, sweepstakes and/or promotions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, by accepting the prize(s) or promotional item(s), you consent to Our use of your name, company information, photograph, and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for all business purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law
Any prize, price reduction or discount program offered pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contest, sweepstake or promotion is intended to comply with the Anti- Kickback Statute and regulations (42 U.S.C. §1320a-7b(b)). Relative to any discount, participant represents and warrants that, to the extent required by contract, law or regulation, he/she will fully and accurately report all discounts or other price reductions in the costs claimed or charges made under any Federal or State healthcare program and provide information upon request to third-party reimbursement programs.
No provision of the contest, sweepstake or promotion shall be construed to induce or encourage the referral, recommendation or the purchase of healthcare services or items payable by any plan or program providing healthcare benefits that is funded directly, in whole or part, by the United States Government, or any State health care program. Further, there is no requirement that any participant purchase any NextGen Healthcare products or services to be eligible for entry, nor that any participant refer any other person or entity for the provision of healthcare services or items to NextGen Healthcare.

Who may purchase: These specials are offered solely to Our existing direct clients who are in material compliance with their present Agreement(s) with Us. Clients of Our resellers and clients of Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., will have to check with their specific partner for any special offer.
Exceptions: Except where an offer specifically states otherwise, standard implementation, training, maintenance, subscription, and other fees apply. Tax and shipping costs are not included in the special price. All purchases are subject to taxes (unless tax exempt entity) and will be billed separately. Shipping for all items not downloaded electronically will be billed separately. Special Offers do not apply to past purchases. Hardware offers are good while supplies last. NextGen Enterprise / Fun Friday Giveaway Contest
Who may enter: Our NextGen Enterprise clients.
How to enter: Join The Breakroom chatter group via Our Success Community and participate in the Fun Friday Sweepstakes the first Friday of each month. Participants will need to follow the instructions provided via The Breakroom chatter group no later than 11:59 p.m. (PT) seven (7) days after the sweepstakes is launched (“Deadline”).
Drawing: One (1) eligible entrant will win a $50 Amazon® gift card. A random drawing from all eligible entries submitted will take place no later than seven (7) days after the Deadline and the winner will be notified via email same day. Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days from receiving the winner notification email.

How to qualify: Visit the link or scan the QR code provided in the Offer and complete the form. Visit the link and utilize the activation code provided in the subsequent email.
