Former Thoma Bravo Operating Partner and Elemica CFO brings deep software finance and value-creation expertise to support NextGen Healthcare’s next phase of growth

Detroit, MI — October 23, 2026– NextGen Healthcare, a leading provider of innovative, cloud-based healthcare technology solutions, today announced Anthony Palladino as Chief Financial Officer.

Palladino joins NextGen Healthcare from Thoma Bravo, where he served as an operating partner, working alongside portfolio company leadership teams to strengthen financial operations, improve operating efficiency and accelerate profitable growth across the firm’s software portfolio. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Palladino was Chief Financial Officer of Elemica, a private equity backed, cloud-based digital supply network serving the global process industries, where he successfully led the finance organization through the company’s accelerated growth and value creation outcome.

Palladino has more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience in enterprise software and technology. Palladino holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Drexel University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
