  • Please note that provider licensing may take approximately 6 weeks from the moment all the paperwork including new provider form and licensing contract is signed and returned to TSI Healthcare.

    Call 800.354.4205 or email helpdesk@tsihealthcare.com to notify us of a new provider setup. Our team will review your existing licensing and determine whether a new license must be purchased. Download, complete and submit the new provider form. Send completed forms via email to helpdesk@tsihealthcare.com or fax to 919-442-0042. Once received, a member of our team will contact you to assist with setup. If you need to add an external provider to your directory, download this New Provider Form.

  • Search your directory to confirm that the provider is not already in your directory. If the provider is not already in your directory, reach out to the provider to see if they are capable of receiving direct messages.

  • If the provider does use direct messaging, take the following actions.

    • Request the information needed to fill in the spreadsheet
    • Open a ticket with helpdesk@tsihealthcare.com with the subject line “Direct Messaging Directory Addition”
    • Attach the completed spreadsheet to the ticket
