NextGen Healthcare, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") offer the below contests, sweepstakes and/or promotions(“Promotions”). Unless specifically stated otherwise, by accepting the prize(s) or promotional item(s), you consent to Our use of your name, company information, photograph, and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for all business purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law
Any prize, price reduction or discount program offered pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Promotion is intended to comply with the Anti- Kickback Statute and regulations (42 U.S.C. §1320a-7b(b)). Relative to any discount, participant represents and warrants that, to the extent required by contract, law or regulation, he/she will fully and accurately report all discounts or other price reductions in the costs claimed or charges made under any Federal or State healthcare program and provide information upon request to third-party reimbursement programs.
No provision of the Promotion shall be construed to induce or encourage the referral, recommendation or the purchase of healthcare services or items payable by any plan or program providing healthcare benefits that is funded directly, in whole or part, by the United States Government, or any State health care program. NextGen Healthcare’s Excellence in Healthcare Awards 2025
Entry limit: One (1) entry per each of Our clients, per category. Additional entries will be disqualified.
Who may enter: Our clients who are live on the production environment of NextGen Enterprise and have been since at least July 3, 2025.
How to enter: Submit your application(s) describing how you improved the efficiency of your practice and delivery of healthcare services via the submission form on the Excellence in Healthcare Awards page of the NextGen UGM website located www.nextgenugm25.com/awards in one or more of the below categories. Draft entries are not required, but may be submitted between 9:00 AM ET on August 20, 2025, and 11:59 PM ET on September 15, 2025. Draft entries may receive feedback from the judges and Our leadership team. Final submissions can be submitted starting 9:00 AM ET on August 20, 2025 and until 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025.

Winners: Up to three (3) finalists will be selected in each of the three (3) categories no later than October 6, 2025. Finalists will be notified via email no later than October 6, 2025, and each finalist will receive one (1) registration pass via email to NextGen UGM 2025 valued at approximately $1,399.00. One (1) winner will be selected in each of the three (3) categories and the winners will be announced during NextGen UGM 2025 no later than November 3, 2025. Each winner will receive two (2) NextGen UGM 2026 registration passes via email no later than June 30, 2026 a breakout session to present their story during NextGen UGM 2025, an Excellence in Healthcare trophy, a VISA® gift card for a team lunch valued at $500.00 and be part of a press release and social campaign highlighting their innovation and healthcare leadership. Prizes do not include airfare or hotel. Winners must be present to win. Our clients may not be declared the winner in more than one category. Finalists and winners will be selected by a panel made up of Our clients, Our executives, and/or third-party industry influences. Our clients may not take part in any panel for which they have submitted an application.
Additional Drawing: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all valid submissions, excluding those selected to be a finalist, and receive (1) registration pass via email to NextGen UGM 2025 valued at approximately $1,399.00. Winner will be notified via email no later than October 6, 2025.
