Spokane Ear, Nose & Throat Clinics is a 12-provider group that offers services for ENT, allergies, ambulatory surgery, skin testing, and facial/plastic surgery. The practice began using NextGen EMR since 1999, and then integrated the application with NextGen EPM four years later. With so many different types of services offered by one practice, NextGen's flexibility allows each provider to customize the application to their own needs.
