The Compliance Department checks all employees and provider customers against the
OIG and State Web sites annually in order to assure that there are no providers
or employees that have become ineligible to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid
programs.

regarding compliance, including a monthly Compliance Newsletter (from a third party)
and an internal newsletter to all of our customers on a monthly basis.
