OPTIK's core feature is its ability to record orders quickly and automatically create an encounter, associate billing information, and post charges through NextGen EPM. Order entry is effortless, with pick lists and check boxes featured on a single screen to mimic a typical paper form. Dispensing is also documented electronically, resulting in a paperless record of sale that can be searched and tracked.
OPTIK's product pricing is particularly robust and flexible. Users can perform true-cost analysis, individually program prices as a percentage above cost, and automate additional charges based on type of frame, lens material, or optical measurements.
Maintaining Inventory
With OPTIK’s automated features, your inventory is logically organized, strategically balanced, appropriately stocked and easily analyzed.
