NextGen’s user-friendly interface allows you to enter new patient data into the EMR easily. It also exchanges patient data with NextGen EPM or other billing systems. This eliminates the need to enter patient data twice, reducing the possibility of error and saving staff time.
Users may choose from a variety of views and customize the patient demographic screen to meet their practice’s unique needs. You may also set up the Patient Registry in free-standing kiosks located in your waiting room. This allows new patients to input a significant portion of their preliminary information (demographics, insurance, medication lists, allergies, etc.) themselves, saving your practice time and money.
