We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to handle a variety of duties in support of the Marketing functions at our Horsham, PA, headquarters. The full-time assistant will perform clerical and administrative support for the sales and marketing teams. These responsibilities will include data entry of sales leads into a sales management software system, literature management and shipping, frontline phone support, and other duties as necessary. Database Conversions Specialist
We are currently seeking a Database Conversions Specialist to convert client databases to a new set of templates, including data mapping. Our electronic medical records template system is a development environment similar to Visual Basic and utilizes a back end database that is based on SQL Server 2000.

The ideal candidates for this position will possess relevant experience or coursework in computer programming (VB, ASP, .NET preferred), relational database programming (SQL, PL-SQL), or other similar database programming language. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with clients to assist in programming specifics required for conversions.
