Steven Plochocki, CEO

Steven T. Plochocki is a 30-year healthcare industry veteran. He joined Quality
Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:QSII) as Chief Executive Officer in 2008, after having previously
served in that position at four healthcare companies, two of which were publicly
traded. He was chairman and CEO of Omniflight Helicopters, a leading air medical
services provider, where he oversaw a restructuring of the company's operations.
Prior to Omniflight, he was chief executive officer at both Trinity Hospice and
InSight Health Services, Inc., diagnostic imaging provider, and president at homecare
leader Apria Healthcare. Plochocki has earned numerous industry accolades, including
being the only executive to win two national American Business Awards for best business
turnarounds (for InSight in 2003 and Trinity in 2006). The InSight turnaround was
also featured in Donald Trump's book, "Trump: The Way to the Top: The Best Business
Advice I Ever Received." Plochocki also received the 2002 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur
of the Year award in the health services category and currently serves as a judge
in this prestigious competition. He holds a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University
and an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University.

Patrick B. Cline, President & Chief Strategy Officer
Patrick B. Cline brings extensive experience to his role as President & Chief Strategy
Officer of QSI, including more than two decades of senior-level management experience
in the healthcare information systems industry. Cline is responsible for identifying
and overseeing the continued growth of the company through the development and management
of partnerships and strategic alliances that expand and strengthen the company's
market presence and capabilities. Prior to his current position, Cline served as
President of NextGen Healthcare, a position he held since the company's inception
in January 1994 as Clinitec. Before co-founding Clinitec, Cline served as Vice President
of Sales and Marketing for Script Systems, a healthcare information systems company
and subsidiary of InfoMed.

Paul Holt, CFO
Paul Holt has served as Chief Financial Officer for Quality Systems since November
2000. Most recently, he served as the Controller for Sierra Alloys Co., a titanium
metal manufacturing company. Before joining Sierra Alloys, he held various controller
positions with Refrigeration Supplies Distributor, a wholesale distributor and manufacturer
of refrigeration supplies and heating controls. Holt received a bachelor's degree
in economics from the University of California, Irvine and holds a master's degree
in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public
Accountant.

Scott Decker, President

Scott Decker is President of NextGen Healthcare, overseeing day-to-day operations,
and guiding and growing all product lines within the division. Decker manages the
development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans to promote
future growth of the company. Prior to becoming President, he served as a Senior
Vice President of NextGen Healthcare, focusing on the company's marketing and strategic
planning, as well as community connectivity and the hospital sector. Formerly, Decker
was the founder, CEO, and President of Healthvision, also serving as chairman of
the board of directors. Prior to Healthvision, he was the Vice President of Development
for VHA's health information technologies business unit and helped to develop one
of the nation's first Intranets: VHAseCURE.net. Decker began his career at IBM Corporation,
where he held a variety of sales, marketing and business development positions within
the global health industry business unit. Decker earned a bachelor's degree in computer
science from Trinity University, graduating summa cum laude.

Tim Eggena, Executive Vice President, Research & Development

Returning to his role as Executive Vice President of Research & Development, Tim
Eggena is responsible for building the company's R&D roadmap and oversees strategic
development projects. He held the same position from 2006-2008, managing all product
development, EHR knowledgebase development, the claims and EDI department, and the
revenue cycle management division. Since May 2008, Eggena served as Executive Vice
President of NextGen Healthcare Practice Solutions, the company's revenue cycle
management division. Earlier in his career, Eggena spent seven years as NextGen
Healthcare's Vice President of Product Development, overseeing its practice management
systems development. Eggena co-founded MicroMed Healthcare Information Systems in
January 1993. He has served in a senior management role since and throughout its
transition to NextGen Healthcare, after being acquired by Quality Systems. Prior
to co-founding MicroMed, Eggena worked for Gerber Alley, a health information systems
vendor. Eggena holds a bachelor's degree in MIS from Auburn University.

Kim Cline, Executive Vice President, Professional Services
With over 20 years of healthcare IT experience, Kimberly Cline oversees management
of implementation, training, client support, corporate training, eLearning, and
client relations as Executive Vice President for Professional Services. She came to NextGen
Healthcare from Clinitec when it was acquired by Quality Systems in 1996. Cline
previously managed a successful dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice and administered
their SurgiCenter. She also spent eight years working for a practice management
system vendor.

Bob Ellis, Executive Vice President & General Counsel
A licensed attorney in New Jersey and New York, Bob Ellis joined Clinitec (now NextGen
Healthcare) in January 1995 as the company's ninth employee. Prior to Clinitec,
he worked at Bull Information Systems, a French-owned software/hardware company,
and spent many years in a private law practice. Ellis received his undergraduate
degree from Rutgers College and his law degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law
in New York. He has been in the software and healthcare field for over 24 years
and an attorney since 1984.

Bob Nary has nearly 20 years of technology industry experience, including more than
15 years in healthcare IT. He started at NextGen Healthcare as a developer, working
into a management position before being appointed Vice President of Research & Development
in 2008. In his current position, Nary oversees development of NextGen ambulatory
products. Prior to joining NextGen Healthcare, he worked in product development
for Computer Associates and Conrail. He earned his bachelor's degree in computer

Steve Puckett is Senior Vice President and General Manager of NextGen Healthcare’s
Inpatient Solutions division. He oversees day-to-day operations and manages the
company's line of inpatient products. Formerly, Puckett served as founder, CEO,
and President of MicroMed, one of two companies merged to create NextGen Healthcare
and establish NextGen Practice Management as its financial product offering. He
began his career at Accenture and later worked in the inpatient sector at Gerber
Alley, which became part of McKesson's product line. Puckett is a graduate from
the Georgia Institute of Technology.

As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Community Connectivity Solutions, Jim Rossiter is responsible
for management, sales and marketing of the company's health information exchange,
patient portal and health quality measures solutions. He is a recognized leader
in the healthcare technology market and has had a principal role in introducing
market leading solutions for enterprise application integration and medical terminology
solution segments. Prior to joining NextGen Healthcare in 2008, Rossiter co-founded
RossiterLLC, a healthcare consultancy providing technology, facility development,
and business services advice to the Fortune 100, start-ups, consulting firms, and
healthcare providers. Earlier in his career, he was the division manager for Siemens'
Digital Hospital Solutions; started a revenue cycle management venture with EDS
and Baylor Health System; served as CEO of Velos, Inc.; and held the role of President
at both New Era of Networks (now Sybase) and CyberPlus Corporation. Rossiter began
his career at IBM Corporation, where his most recent position was Director of Clinical
Solutions for the Global Healthcare organization. Rossiter holds bachelor's degrees
in business administration and political science from the University of New Hampshire.

Dr. Sarah Corley, Chief Medical Officer

In addition to serving as Chief Medical Officer of NextGen Healthcare, Dr. Sarah
Corley continues to practice part-time as a primary care internist in the Washington,
DC area. She recently completed a four-year term as Governor of the Virginia Chapter
of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and a six-year term on its National
Medical Informatics Subcommittee. Dr. Corley has participated on a number of national
panels on the topic of health information technology in clinical practice. She currently
serves as a Commissioner for CCHIT, the Certification Commission for Healthcare
Information Technology. She also represents the ACP on the Physicians Electronic
Health Record Coalition and served as a co-chair for Workgroup A of the AMA Collaborative
on integrating performance measures in electronic health records. Dr. Corley received
post-graduate training in Medical Informatics at Oregon Health & Science University.
She has used electronic health records for the past 15 years and has spoken extensively
on the subject, including being quoted in Modern Healthcare, HealthLeaders, Physicians
Practice and Healthcare Informatics. She is also a published author in media such
as Group Practice Journal and Paper Kills 2.0.

Charles W. Jarvis, FACHE Vice President, Healthcare Services & Government Relations
Charles W. Jarvis has been NextGen Healthcare's Vice President, Healthcare Services
and Government Relations, since January 2005. Jarvis is responsible for community
and partnership development, including oversight of the company's grants and funding
assistance program for clients, as well as clinical outcomes business planning and
government relations. He is also responsible for internal and external education
on the evolution of the healthcare industry, with a focus on the economic stimulus
and health reform. Jarvis is Vice Chair of the Electronic Health Record Association
(EHRA) Executive Committee; serves on the Policy Development Committee of the e-Health
Initiative; and is on the Executive Committee of the Patient Centered Primary Care
Collaborative. Prior to joining NextGen Healthcare, Jarvis worked in hospital and
physician group practice management.
Jarvis holds a master's degree in business with a concentration in health administration
from Temple University and a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a fellow in the American College of Health
Care Executives and holds the American Medical Informatics Association Certification
for HIT. A frequent source for the press on health IT and economic stimulus, Jarvis
has been quoted in media, such as Health Data Management, For the Record, Cardiovascular
Business and Health Management Technology. He is a published author in the Journal
